Renewals
Community groups that have a regular weekly booking during one school year can apply to renew that same booking for the following school year provided the time slot is not required for a school or district use.
Groups must submit the renewal request online along with required proof of insurance before June 30 for the upcoming school year. Please include the word RENEWAL in the event title of your request (ie RENEWAL Youth Soccer).
Applications received after June 30 will be processed in the order they are received, along with applications from new groups.
We receive a large volume of requests during this time of year and renewals will be confirmed by September 20 for start up in October.
