Building Maintenance includes all non-capital work affecting all mechanical, electrical, electronics, plumbing, structural, security, and life safety of District buildings. This includes a range of preventative, predictive, routine, and emergency work.

Grounds

Grounds maintenance includes upkeep of the entire site and particularly arboriculture, horticulture, turf maintenance, playgrounds, fencing, parking lots and pavements for school use.
