Community groups that have a regular weekly booking during one school year can apply to renew that same booking for the following school year provided the time slot is not required for a school or district use.

Groups must submit the renewal request before June 30.  Applications received after that date will be processed in the order they are received, along with applications from new groups.

We receive a large volume of requests during this time of year and renewals will be confirmed by September 20, 2017 for start up in October.
