Maintenance Work Requests

The district uses a Computerized Maintenance Management System used to generate, track and report all maintenance activities and is used by schools throughout the District to submit work requests.

Types of requests include:
  • Corrective/Breakdown Maintenance, restoring the operation of equipment or systems that have failed or are not performing properly

  • New Work, requests made by Principals, Site Managers typically not covered under normal maintenance carried out by Facilities Department – examples include: mounting grad class photos, replacement/new keys,new white boards, new TV monitors, additional electrical outlets, additional custodial services for special events, painting/flooring (outside of the maintenance or replacement cycle) etc..

  • Estimates or Feasibility reviews for potential facility work
